Coyote close encounter yesterday. This thing was coming at me on the same trail so I had to step off the path to let it pass by 6 feet away. Coyote didn't even look at me when it passed me by. It was completely unfazed.

Beautiful animal. Looks healthy.

Nice, clear photos! I've seen a number of them in the neighborhood; watched one snap up a bunny and keep walking, so I cowered behind a tree to watch as it settled in to kill it with a few shakes, then devour in just a few gulps. Fascinating. (Wish they'd get the pesky squirrels instead of the bunnies.)

Chomp chomp.

My wife insists it’s around 2’, my best guess is closer to 6’ but we all know how women measure.

Best to you abs!

Attaboy steak!

Dogs woke me up, it’s 0245, just before 0dark o’clock with the moon. There’s something out there, probably armadillos. Little fakas.

Beegfoot.

Do you believe??? I don't know, err on the side of caution....

Nevada... Humbolt sink. Humbolt river runs out int this big plain and drains out. A giant swamp. HWY 80 to the north.

The Lovelock caves. You dudes..... It's a huge prehistoric cave. On the edge of the Humbolt sink. Archeologists have certified these people were cannibals. Also found reed sandals that took a 16" footprint.

Tsshuabits. Shoshonee.. American name is Jarbidge. A bastardised name. Jarbidge is the most remotest town in the lower 48 states. 4 1/2 hours to the nearest walmart.

The Shoshonee will not even go there. Tsshubabits = the place of the Giant Cannibals... Taboo... Gold was found there. Jarbidge.

The geology of the place is amazing. It's a Yellowstone. That blew its nut off. 30.0000 years ago.

Giant rat nest I took off of my RV engine block recently. Had no idea it was there, since before we bought it anyways. E05FAF69-9587-4A2E-9054-FCE13A547C1E.jpg
