i subscribed to 50 shares - not sure what i will actually get. would like to get enough to flip for profit in the early pump&dump and hold a few for the long run. they get something like 70 million unique views per day - i'm sure that's worth something but we shall see. today's Fed announcement doesn't hurt
there's an air of bitterness at r/wallstreetbets - there are some cranky mofo's over there who are rooting for IPO failure
I haven't made any other than to say NVDA could crack $1k based on the hype....
....and that AI is in a bubble like the DotCom boom. And that you're better off in VTSAX or similar low cost index fund, which is a bet against your own predictions.

yea not sure what value they brin g to the table. the format is considered outdated - so much so that young people arent signing up anymore as they should be.
i say this as someone who uses it and enjoys it as one of the only websites i look at besides this one and the surf report or win dy.

I was one swing too early and I exited at slight loss when it swung back up. Then of course, it went sideways and big drop happened right after. Fml on the timing. lol
Now it's swinging back up again. It's already up $130 from yesterday. Mega volatility.
For this year, I've pretty much been day trading only SMCI, NVDA, COIN, MSTR, and a few dark horses like GRRR and CGEN. Trading crypto for so many years has numbed me to mega volatility of the stock market which can't compare. So trading it actually feels easier at this point. Lol
They never seem to state specific times on IPOs. They just state the day and it's almost always later in the day for the start.
Right now, 3-21-2024 at 12 noon Eastern, it is at an all-time high of 39,843 !
