does the varial carbon build handle wind/chop any better? the marketing makes it sounds like it does but wondering on the consensus here
Have 3 carbon Varials. They seem equally heavy to a 646 glassed Varial. The one that feels the heaviest has a bit more volume. All 3 handled chop just fine..better than a Dank Farts carbon build.

I don’t find much difference under foot 6+4/6 and 4+4/4 in chop. I’m usually surfing in afternoon on shores…

Under arm it’s very noticeable and the 4+4/4 is lighter than my pu/pe team light(!).

I'm overthinking my varial twinsman order too much.

How light is the 4/4/4 infused poly construction?

I'm considering going the instant gratification route but the main change I was going to make if I did a custom was the "strong" 6/4/6 lay up.

I yolod a Ghost in stock 444 varial and holy hell, the thing is light. I'm almost questioning if it's going to be too light, given that it's a board for larger waves.

My two Varials in 646 feel about like normal PU, or maybe like 644 pu.
