The Algorithm must've figured out that RK was fantasizing about exhuming Andrew Breitbart and desecrating his corpse and decided to push his buttons. One day, it will send him a gun with one bullet and a nice note saying, "Suicide is painless." I can imagine the Amazon order fulfillment guy dropping off the package and hearing a loud bang as he walks back towards his van.
