I always thought that would be a fun easy surf trip.S. Billy Wilmot/Jamnesia Surf Camp is super close to the Kingston airport - as is one of the island's best waves. Super easy strike from the northeast.
Nah I home bodied the weekend. maybe a jersey run Sunday but unlikely. Buy the Florida condo, get that set up and making money, maybe a couple of strikes to nica or Bocas in April. or maybe BaliYou going Subway?
I no longer seek out heavy pits like that. Beyond my abilities. I like fun long rippable points.
Anyone know a cool/reliable guide in panama for a last minute super efficient strike this weekend? forecast looks insane, flights on miles are free, and I still have weeks yet before my ear surgery. Never been to panama just want to head straight to the best surf in modest comfort
Yes if we find a place with strong rental record (6+ months a year including high price high seasons) that would mostly or totally pay for itself (even kick off a few bucks) and big enough and nice enough that my wife and i could one day in the future (12-15 years) live there 6-8 months per year, basically make it our home when I’m in my mid 50s. By then two homes nearly paid off, both with great rental and/or overall value. I think in 13 years the NY home will appreciate far more than even a dope ass 3 bedroom condo on the beach in central Florida. Diversifies my overall portfolio anyway, using nearly free money to do so as I build equity these next 12-15 years of peak earningROOTS Tang Tonic!! show us some pics of the action when it's all over!!
Subway, are you going to airbnb that new condo in FLA? been looking into investment props as well although haven't been to FLA not sure I'd go there for that reason. Is it close to disneyworld?
Plus he'd say that none of us are tough enough to hang in central floridaLeaverite would have used 1/10th the amount of words in 7x as many posts
#dinklifeMy wife will have a thriving yoga career and who knows, I could hang my shingle as a consultant to my industry reomtely with my decades of happy clients and employers given my humble brag expertise in the biz and spend 10 hours a week and the occasional work trip for supplemental income. Live on the beach near several breaks (Florida mind you) and spend weeks or even months around the globe. A cottage on the sea in Portugal for a month. Africa with Doctors Without Borders. Indo and J bay. kauai. Save up and splurge on Tavi type trips while I’m still comfy in heavy waves in my 50’s and beyond. Rent the Long Beach house every summer to pay for all our trips. Ireland and Scandinavia, some classic euro, trips.
and there I am leaverite posting. Clearly bedtime
I've been to Central California. Granted during Indian Summer conditions in December.Plus he'd say that none of us are tough enough to hang in central florida
