Where is the request for a panel of judges to oversee this inquiry? That was the first thing done during Clinton's ordeal. More or less same procedure for Nixon. They both were overseen by a judiciary process first.
We don't have anything even remotely close to this procedure going on for it to be considered a "legit" impeachment inquiry.

Otherwise, this is setting a terrible precedent that a majority congress can impeach on anything they want, without reserving it for high crimes and misdemeanors. This phone call is all they got. Mueller's deal had much more depth, and it still came up short.
