this. my older son does a lot of film extra work - they get tested every single week before they can come on the set and have to show a vax card. if you don't like it, go work elsewhere. nobody wants a potential Gromsdad in their midst.
I blame the schools. The current trend in education is to nice troublemaker kids into behaving.
That works some times but for some troublemakers it just emboldens them to think that freedom is the absence of consequences.
