I will openly admit being physically addicted to caffeine. If I don't get my caffeine in the morning by 11am I will have a raging migraine and by 1:00 I'd be curled up in the fetal position feeling like my skull was going to explode. More than once I've quit caffeine cold turkey and that's how I know. I've kicked it a few times but it always sucks me back in within a couple of months.

Why is this so hard.
So will you now admit that your previous statement about certain things being physically addictive was wrong?Yeah coffee is just the same as tobacco.
