Hey Harry, had a weird day last Sunday. Walking around Diamond Head with my wife and ran into Ton. Did you used to valet with him at Sam Choys? He's homeless now. Seemed sober and normal, but living in the bushes with a suitcase. Don't know what happened. I asked if he needed anything and he said no. I told him to call me for lunch and a haircut.
Ah, lame. Worked with him at Gold's Gym, Choy's, Sorentos, and sometimes Hard Rock. He was on his way there towards the end of the Choy's era. He was living in an old trailer on Graham's farm in Waimanalo for a while. He used to be only a pothead, but started dabbling with the ice, and that maybe could've led to where he is now. Bummer:(

But how much time and energy did it take to consistently catch and kill a wild animal back then with sticks and stones?
that why we developed language and minds which allowed us to work co-operatively, and develop tools.

marine derived protein was huge, as well.

massive liberation for a big brained mammal.

I wonder how common it was for ancient humans to give up hunting an animal and just kill another human.

Donner party did it pretty quick when there wasn't anything to forage or kill.

I heard that there are greater risks of illness when you eat something with the same or very similar DNA because the DNAs combine or something? Mad cow type stuff. But I am shite at hard science, so I can’t give you a complete answer.

Cutting sugar out but replacing sugar with sugar substitutes???

Sugar is natural. It triggers natural responses.

When you go full retard, no sugar. But use artificial sugar substitutes.

It's artificial. But your bodies triggers still thinks it is sugar. Same old...

Tonight's lunch
Salad marinated in
Olive oil,
Lime juice.
Tapatio hot sauce,
WithP Parmesan cheese,
black pepper,
cilantro(fresh and dried),

oregano,
Iceberg,
Red cabbage,
Kale.
Cilantro,
Celery(including the leaves),
Jalapeno (with seeds and inards removed to cut down on the heat),
Broccoli (including more stems than usual),
Chick peas,
Roma tomatoes,
Green onions,
Yellow onions,
Some crushed tortilla chips,
Probably other stuff too but I make some variation of this before work every night.
It goes in the freezer for almost an hour too which kinda forces the marinade effect.
Snacks are apples and Mandarin oranges.
I used to eat two peanut butter tortilla roll-ups every night until I was >220lbs about a year ago I said fuck this and changed everything. Now I was at 176lb before the holidays. Gained 5 or 7 lbs just from a few indulgences.
Back on the program, never felt better.
Gonna be good waves today too!
Life is good today.
Highly recommend.

Why do you hate protein so much?
