Maybe the dumbest thing you've ever written.Stretching (btw, I don’t do static stretches) increases flexibility which translate to greater range of motion which translates to your leg going much much farther “out of place” before something snaps.
The wave scale stuff was top notch materialMaybe the dumbest thing you've ever written.
Bold claim.Maybe the dumbest thing you've ever written.
Yeah, saying that something measuring 12 feet tall is 12 feet tall...really dumbThe wave scale stuff was top notch material
Bold science.Bold claim.
PS, how can you say stretching does nothing when a year ago I couldn’t touch my toes but after doing regular stretching I can do that and beyond. That’s not “nothing” and there’s no way anyone can logically say that being able to touch your toes is no better than not being able to.Maybe the dumbest thing you've ever written.
The science that says better flexibility is “nothing”?Bold science.
Depends where you measure fromYeah, saying that something measuring 12 feet tall is 12 feet tall...really dumb
From the bottom to the top.Depends where you measure from
Breaking part of wave tube or crumbling if mushburger yesFrom the bottom to the top.
If whatever non-bottom to top measurement you are using tells you it’s 6 feet then it’s not double over head because the part that you say is double over head is not the same part that’s 6 feet.Depends where you measure from
This one has it all and it's free:That pain video was 5 minutes of nothing and anyone who spends $65 for a ‘mobility’ dvd is a moron.

No argument here. That’s an 8 foot wave.
