Tell us that your demon was found guilty of working FOR Trump when he funneled Ruzzian money into the Trump campaign. Then you might have a story which even comes close to the Sam Bankman-Fried / FTX Democrat money laundering scheme or the Hunter Biden human trafficking scandal.

Candidates cannot be held responsible for how contributors derive the money they contribute unless the candidates themselves can be tied to the contributions. It's like when Reagan was asked if he should return the money contributed to his campaign by the Log Cabin Republicans. Reagan replied that he was glad to see that the Log Cabin Republicans had come around to his way of thinking.
