My brother is a redneck farmer and last year he gave permission to one of his friends to set up a cage trap on our property to catch some turkeys. It worked. Dude caught 3 hens and a Tom. Now he's raising them for the table!!!

The other day, spied this juvenile (?) hawk taking a bath in the birdbath.

It saw me gawking through the window and hid behind the pear tree.

Got the pocket camera, put it on airplane mode to shoot through the glass and...

Maybe it is a juvenile Red-shouldered hawk being shown where to go by mom/dad a few weeks back? I'm thinking this by looking at the beak.

Egyptian Goose. Was just driving down the road at my Dad's and this thing didn't peace out. Wish I had my normal camera handy, but just a shitty cell phone shot.
