I will admit that the only decent Mexican food in Arizona Is down Tucson way and it's overall more interesting than Phoenix but i' guess Conde Nast likes to send people to 3rd World cities and dystopian sh!t holes

Other than Mobile, DC, and Detroit I'd think that's a pretty good list.
Dominica has a good reputation for surf/landscape/scenery.
Nayarit fired off when I was there and beautiful place.
NW Territories sounds sick.
Big Sky I got skunked for fresh but nice place.
I kinda like Detroit for what it was but I wouldn't recommend it to 99%.
Grenada sounds like a good pick.
I really like Montreal and I want to check out Quebec City for sure.
I liked Santa Fe
I like upstate New York.
I could see DC for a weekend when the cherries are in bloom.
