Even with help though? Is more money and weapons going to allow Ukraine to win?

I hope I'm wrong and I will gladly come on here and eat crow if and when Ukraine defeats Russia.
Quantifying help is the key here. The help they've been given plus some F-16s? I dunno. Feels sus.

Russia's military budget is like $100B or not even. I don't always see eye to eye with VonMeister but IMHO he was 110% right years ago with respect to the military situation in Ukraine. If the UK/US/EU decides Ukraine is pushing Russia back, it's happening. If the UK/US/EU try to tiptoe the line, it's going to bleed that country (and Russia) and be a slow-moving tragedy.

There’s no frame to be broadened

You can’t have an honest conversation about this because you’re the #2 Russiaphobe after Mundus
I think you my have committed an ad hominem and a name calling fallacy in one shot to avoid addressing the possibility of any unintended consequences of appeasement.

Way to go!

PS- indifference isn't appeasement. Appeasement Is a loaded term invented by warmongers

It's a deliberate choice that benefits Russia.

Call it what you will; a rose is a rose by any other name
No

We are not beholden to Ukraine nor do we owe them anything

We also are not beholden to waste our wealth on things just because they hurt Russia

It’s hard to understand this as a Russiaphobe, I’m sure

First step is to leave the MCU

I never said we were beholding.

That is you strawmanning hard.

Also,

Nice ad hominem.

Doesn't it seem odd to you that you have resort exclusively to fallacies when it comes to these issues?

You did. You said not funding them is a deliberate choice that benefits Russia

Not funding them is not a choice, it’s the natural state of things. Our money is our money

these aren’t fallacies besides my ad hominem, which we’ve developed as a normal course of action on the erBB

however, your Russiaphobia must be pointed out as it affects your frame

This is like the Official History of WWII - one day the Germans decided to start ethnically cleansing the planet. There's no discussion of the Treaty of Versailles, the Weimar Republic, Holodomor, Bavarian Soviet Socialist Republic, Marx, etc.

Official History is a closed system - a mishnah with a midrash - like climate science.

In every history book they discuss that stuff. It's all really, really well known.

Maybe look up the definition of "choice"?

I don't know how you can say "choosing not to fund Ukraine" is not a choice.

"Russiaphobia" is another strawman.

Maybe look up the definition of "phobia."

It's like you use words without knowing what they mean.

In conclusion:

saying "not funding them is a deliberate choice that benefits Russia" =/

"being beholden to Ukrane"

We just have a different opinion about the outcome of giving aid to Ukraine.

Maybe you are right.

Maybe I am right.

You don't know and neither do i.

Oh “phobia” is a different thing? So you can agree that terms like “homophobia” “fatphobia” and “transphobia” are nonsense? Russiaphobia was very deliberately used

we’re definitely looking at this in a different way., mainly based on what we’re prioritizing. Do we want to prioritize domestic affairs and the American people? Or international affairs and military contractors?
