I wish I had a neck like Laird

Thinking about getting a neck harness

Nothing says power like a thick neck
So funny. My 2018 New Years resolution was to get a thick neck.
How’s the progress so far?

Do you do any direct neck training?
Well, as with all New Years resolutions, I sort of lost enthusiasm around the 3rd week of January.

I still do neck stuff (lay on back and move my head, up down side to side ear to shoulder...).

My neck is stronger and seems more resilient (harder to strangle) but not much in size gains. I don’t have what you’d call a skinny neck but people dont look at me and think, “that dude has a thick neck” either.

A combination of age, level of commitment and maybe genetics. I have wide shoulders too.

Probably my age is the biggest factor. It’s hard to put on additional muscle mass these days.

I’ve got narrower hips and wider shoulders than Laird though.... :rockin:

Are you saying that Paleotards were eating In'n'Out burgers between lettuce leafs for nothing?
Spoken like a true fat fuck

Keep stuffing your face with sugar, its doing wonders for your mental health
Yeah okay, I'll quit eating quinoa and start on that delicious, healthy steak stuffed with synthetic growth hormones.
It must've been way better in Paleo Time when steak was all natural and you qualified for an AARP membership when you were 22 years old.
Lousy diets weren't the only survival deficits a Paleo person had to overcome.

I just had an around-the-world cath exam of my major arteries. On his way out of the lab the doctor told me to keep doin' what I'm doin'--no blockages, no accumulations, only slight calcifications. Sixteen ounces of brewed green tea every day and all the cake, cookies and brisket I want. Hahahehe...

I made Essene bread once, on a lark. Malted red wheat ground to a pulp and spread on a hot rock to bake. Good cracker. I chose the Essenes because they were the Jewish sect whose apocalyptic vision most likely inspired Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the shepherds and all the others to go on a prophecy fulfillment tour. It was a big hit. They were so brilliant--all of them--flawed, but brilliant.

Essene bread seems crude compared to this finding though.

I know you’re joking here but I don’t want to be Laird.

That would be step down for me.

Avocados are high fat fruits without a bunch of sugar. At least try and get your gotchas right

Nice plants
Just showing off with the avocados. :smile2:

Was pretty stocked on the harvest last year but this year I may have to open a stand at the farmer’s market. :roflmao:

It's Fuerte that gets gigante. You don't see it in shops here for some reason, only Haas.

I had to get two different gender trees to cross pollinate.

Hope one of them doesn't decide to change. :smile2:

I want to say that Haas became the most popular because they ship well? I am probably wrong though

And here I thought my avocado tree was a hermaphrodite.

How do I sex it properly?

OK, since you asked. Lets leave spare the gauc.
Avocado” derives from a word meaning “testicle”.

The word Avocado comes from a Nahuatl Indian (Aztec) word “ahuácatl” meaning testicle. It is thought that the reference is either due to the avocado’s shape or the fact that it was considered to possess aphrodisiac qualities by the Aztecs. In Spanish, “ahuácatl” became “aguacate” and eventually “avogato” and then “avocado”. In English, the fruit was first described as an “Avagato pear” because of its pear-like shape. Later it also became known as an “alligator pear” given the alligator-like appearance to the skin. Over time, the term Avocado became the common word used to describe the fruit in English.

The word “guacamole” also derives from a Nahautl Indian word, namely “ahuacamolli”, which is compounded from “ahuácatl” and “molli”, the latter word meaning “sauce” or “soup”… testicle sauce? Er… yum?

There's A and B type.

If you have only one and it's not producing fruit, that's why.

Unless there's an opposite gender tree within a mile or so, in your neighborhood.

Or so I've been told. :dancing:
