Not even. Someone I know informed me of that particular part of the video that was fully ignored by MSM because it was so deep into the 4-1/2 hrs of it.
So, you may be able to say that "the system" prevents double or multiple counting of a "supposed" absentee ballot. We don't know for sure how well that's "managed" in the automated ballot counting process.
Then, what were these women, by themselves, with no neutral oversight, trying to accomplish, counting the same ballots 3 and 4 times?
Isn't fraudulent intent just a criminal as actually tweaking the counting process?
Doesn't sound like he even touch on the video evidence of those unsupervised ballot counting women shown putting same stacks of ballots into the counter 3 and 4 times to re-count them.
