I got it based on posts here decades ago. Maybe placebo, but it helped my back pain about 15-20 years ago. I am/was stoked. Pain comes and goes, but recognizing triggers and using the tools of the book and the movement associated work like VM posted has helped tons.I ignore no one, unless I suspect they are trying to troll me into some pointless argument.
I heard that book mentioned in the myths of low back pain thread. I thought I remembered some people dismissing it as psycho babble. But since most of the science I read attributes low backpain to faulty neuro signals I decided to order it. We'll see....
