Took this pic 2 weeks ago at Guadalupe. This one was *only* 14-15', but like others said, they ALL seem pretty "massive" when you see them up close and personal.

Cool. I noticed that if you sponsor a shark for $100 you get a framed color photo, a shark cookie cutter, and a shark stuffed toy. As enticing as that is, imagine if you sponsored one and it ended up eating you. That would be some dark-ass irony.
It’s like the guy in San Diego who was trainin for a triathlon swimming off of mission beach in 2008. Ate in half by a shark. Was a veterinarian. Spent his life helping animals only to get eaten by one.

Cobia cruise the beaches. Folks in the panhandle catch them regularly from Piers, I think usually in April-may.
