Ask John Kelly. It's already been 3 years now, and these careerists have been pulling every dirty trick in the book to git-er-done. . How's that been working out for them?
Sure, if you can find him, try and fire him.I was referring to getting Trump fired, but whatever. The point remains that if you had an employee who was bad mouthing you to your clients about issues that *aren't* illegal you would have no compunctions about characterizing them as undermining your legitimate interests and therefor toxic to your agenda. Then you'd fire them.
These other staffers - who are appointed to their posts by the executive and serve at his/her pleasure can have all the public disagreements they want with the POTUS agenda and decisions, but not without getting fired for cause.
Go back to the comment the angry staffer posted:
"No charges. Trump is going to spontaneously combust ".
That is not a post involving or alleging any criminal conduct by Trump. Ergo, not protected as a whisleblower and not tolerable for an employee on that staff. Find the individual and terminate them with no questions asked.
The political appointees have no job security. The careerists can simply be transferred.Sure, if you can find him, try and fire him.
Last time I checked, the Supreme Court said political speech is the most protected speech.
I'm an old school Republican who believes in the Rule of Law
In this court of public opinion, there is no burden. Trump lovers want Donnie to win.The political appointees have no job security. The careerists can simply be transferred.
The hitch with the rule of law is that the burden of proof rests with the state, not the accused; and in the event of a tie the call always goes to the runner.
If you actually cared about Rule of Law you would support a wholesale wipe of clerks and their jobsIn this court of public opinion, there is no burden. Trump lovers want Donnie to win.
Law and order lovers want the Rule of Law to win.
So back to you as the Judge. Why don't you like insiders telling us what is happening if it is true? And by the evidence of trials, resignations and firings, it is all true.
Swing and a missWell only the disobedient one’s right Iclownalot?
Nah that one was out of the park due to the fact it was an underhanded pitch.Swing and a miss
Trying to hard again, relax, and wait for your pitch
BullshitNah that one was out of the park due to the fact it was an underhanded pitch.
It’s exactly what you’ve been advocating for and you know it.
Fück, I guessSometimes you just have to step down to their level.
You're seriously declaring yourself one of the adults in the room?Ifall, you are going to need to find another thread to play on.
Mindless platitudes like "swing and a miss" don't convince the adults in the room right now.
If fecal is logged in right now, why don't you p.m. him and arrange a surf under the pier. You two can yell at the fishermen if you like.
Do you consider yourself one? You're seriously declaring yourself one of the adults in the room?
Clown world
Barr is conflicted. So many choices.Hearing the NPR peeps talking about this and other things going on with the DOJ this week was a lesson in TDS.
Everything that Barr did that was ”bad for Trump” was characterized as him being independent and acting with integrity, everything Barr did that “favorable to Trump” was him acting as Trumps lapdog and showed him to be totally corrupt.
And this all happened in one segment, in two sentences, uttered back to back, by the same guy.
Fucking amazing.
