Airing off an end section today and slammed my heal down on the nose of my varial twinsman. Ugh.
Couple cracks on the bottom, resembling a slight buckle.
It's mine now.
I think there's an Achilles heel with varial. I've seen it on other boards, but repaired. Buckled nose a couple inches down, no stringer up there at the tip.

Ok, this is a low-grade YOLO based on our agreed-upon standards. But I definitely think this still counts due to the high cost and extreme wait time (8 - 9 months).
This thing is in absolute beauty. It's almost too nice to be considered a surfboard. I'm like, afraid to ride it. I've actually had it for a while and just haven't posted photos.
