It's rare I even eat something from a can. Or any grains. Soup is good when you are sick though. Been on a strict eating plan since the beginning of April. Organic everything. Grass fed beef, wild caught fish, fruit. Backed way off the cruciferous veggies and upped my healthy fats like MCT oil, avocados and olives. Wine only once a week. My psoriasis is gone. Lost alot of fat. Pretty stoked on how I look and feel.
That would be good for 75% of Americans whom are overweight. I can't believe all the fattys that come into the restaurant to eat. They need to hike the 11 miles into Kalalau Valley in and back a few times. How do folks carry That Much weight???
