rice noodles cut up chicken and dump in broth and veg, congrats you paid the same amount for a good size pot that
One small can of gluten free chicken noodle soup at Ralph's in Chual Juana. $12.99 :drowning:
Seriously, $12.99 for something you could have made a huge pot of at home for the same price, and frozen 4-5 extra portions for other days. Total savings 13 bucks times 4.

I didn't buy it. I found chicken and rice soup without gluten. That little bugga was still $5. Just too sick to cook.

On the website the most expensive was eight fiddy, made with palm hearts. Yummy!
It's rare I even eat something from a can. Or any grains. Soup is good when you are sick though. Been on a strict eating plan since the beginning of April. Organic everything. Grass fed beef, wild caught fish, fruit. Backed way off the cruciferous veggies and upped my healthy fats like MCT oil, avocados and olives. Wine only once a week. My psoriasis is gone. Lost alot of fat. Pretty stoked on how I look and feel.

Glad it’s working for ya
But why back off cruciferous vegies?

Just remember, you always look worse than you think you do

and to be clear, by “you” I don’t mean everyone in general
