Shouldn't it be utopia?
How do you explain this?
Why isn't Philadelphia a Utopia?
Can we agree that political policies have a role in violent crime rates especially when those failed political policies go back generations?
you've worked hard for this. who's a good boy? that's right, you are.

Bc Philadelphia has been and always will be a shithole. It Just goes through periods of time that gives you an illusion.

I’m not sure if it’s fair to say that all of Philadelphia is a sh!t-hole. It seems that people want to live there and gentrification has definitely taken hold in some neighborhoods.

To which policies are you referring specifically and how do these policies cause crime rates to increase?

Had a friend open a restaurant about 100 yards from Independence Hall. He'd had success in Atlantic City and wanted to go out on his own. Prestigious location. Place looked spectacular. Unfortunately he opened it one year before Covid. One of the Covid casualties.
He 100% picked the wrong location. That's a family tourist zone where no one is shelling out real $$$ on food/drinks

West of the Atlantic. East of the ICW.
The murders are happening so fast in Philly you can't even keep up with them in the news let alone have the police get to the bottom of them. I bet if democrats defund the police some more it will fix the problem.

They have always been so bad, Santa covered their entire state in coal. Oh, and shoeboxes are perfect for concealing handguns.

Of course there's the young paramilitary with machine guns outright and then there's the loaded shoebox in the nightstand of the more mild mannered.
