When I drive the zone where this happened I always see them pulling over speeders and often feel like the cars being pulled over create a more dangerous situation than the speeders ever could.
Same goes on 42 in NJ and 76 on the PA side.
In this case that girl at 21 is already repeat DUI offender. She needs to go away for 20 years minimum.
I always signal to the officer that I'm pulling off the freeway and find a nice, well lit, public spot out of traffic

The report I saw was that he arrived on an airplane at PHL. Called his mother for a ride to Allentown and mom refused so he decided to walk......to Allentown. Allentown is about 75 miles from PHL.
