Yes, because people in my line of work don’t support local businesses, aren’t friends with/related to/married to local business owners, and don’t actually own small businesses ourselves.I bet hal is so insulated that he doesn't know a single business owner who has been adversely affected by this.

This. Just this.IMO if the government shuts down a business they need to compensate the employees and owner. They did in March and it was a lifesaver for a lot of businesses and people. They should do it again; it's the right thing to do.
