Either my 6'10" twinzer or my 6'10" channeled single fin would my choice for the wave in the OP's video.
When I was there in 1989, a 7'0" Round Pin did the trick on the bigger days.
If I am limited to my quiver, I guess I would be grabbing my Rusty Barking Spider 6'4" (36.2L) and going with Large AM2 Quad set up, plus thickest leash I have.
