Has anyone ever seen this? A wetsuit with a lower leg zipper would make it a lot easier to remove your wetsuit.

Haven't seen that, but heard the new Ripcurl women's line will have a front zipper in the crotch area
Nobody else seems to stumble around trying to get that thing over their feet? Just put a damn zipper there like in the old days!
Good wetsuits today are super easy to get your feet into. Getting your arms and shoulders out.......not so much.
Arms and shoulders not a problem for me. It is easy for me to get into a wetsuit, but hard to remove a soaked wetsuit over my feet because no leg zipper.
Put lotion on your legs/ankle area in the morning/prior to your session, wetsuit will slide right off.
It was common on wetsuits in the early 70’s. Wetsuits were thicker and rubber was stiffer. I freaking hate my chest zips.
I hope back-zips never go away. Don't try to fix what's not broken. When I tried my first chest-zip(10+ years ago), I almost thought about asking someone for help to get out of it. I can get out of them just fine now, but still prefer back-zips. Getting legs out of any wetsuit has never been an issue for me.
Just pull it down your legs so it turns inside out and it comes right off.
Or perhaps you need to do a little work in the gym to improve grip and arm strength?
To add to this, and not sure what temps you are surfing in = with booties(?), but these work great, I don't find they increase the "cold factor" where I am at that much, but wetsuit glides right off, they make them in split toe as well.
