Not for nothin,

I've had fun in SF this Fall
A couple really fun, really glassy,3-4 foot weekend days in September.
Sunday night was pumping at dark.
I surfed wonky, but serviceable waves on Monday.
This weekend looks alright.

No. It's not wave of the winter mega tubes, but that's not really my jam anyway.

second year in a row of best ever Spring surf, normally the most shitty time of year.

'so, so much quality OH point surf, and with lockdowns and border closures, more uncrowded than any time since the mid 70's.

only half joking when I hope the next pandemic is not another decade away, this one's been awesome.

You're better off following storm surf for wind/surf reports + windy.com than following weather apps/news. Fall pattern of hard offshores every morning hasn't really taken affect yet.

Surfed Sunday just after the low.

It was pretty bad, but the North end of the beach is pretty tough as it is and I didn't expect much.

after a decent sep/oct it's getting small in the south, la nina coming into full effect
