I disagree with the lynching definition. The officer knew George from working at a nightclub together. Bouncer and security guards have a symbiotic relationship. Obviously, not a good one and resentment in its evilest form governed the officer's actions.
If it had anything to do with the case why did his crack defense team not bring it up during trial?
That's a pretty big deal.
Because that's premeditated murder. Who defends against that when the evidence is crystal clear?
