For the record, I asked for poly because it’s quicker and easier than epoxy, and stamps has a great poly glasser.
Resin? I could see glass schedule making a difference in flex but resin...Pretty sure only benefit in resin or a least in my mind is longevity and maybe health issues if you glass board.
