yes, all that, but the Democrats will fk it up somehow....Force the GOP to filibuster an infrastructure bill, then un-fook the SALT deductions, undo the corporate and upper income bracket tax cuts, and zap some of the defense spending hikes, then spend that on infrastructure via reconciliation.
And not the threat of the filibuster. Make Rand Paul, Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz etc. actually do it. Maybe we'll get an Easter Egg like when Nadler sharted hisself.
Then sit back and wait for the Supreme Court to rule on the ACA. If they toss it, there's another opportunity to bend the GOP over and make movement conservatives argue against their constituent's wishes, eg Medicaid expansion as demonstrated by Oklahoma at the ballot level.
