We have the Sports Arena, Soma, strip clubs, a burned out Denny's, a tire change place, Sharpeye Surfboards, Sunglass Warehouse, a metal fab shop, some fish processing facilities, a dispensary, County Health and a bunch of whacked out homeless and drifters, etc..... Oh, and an Immigrant way station to boot.

I work from home… got about $4000 in surfboards next to me
Outside my office is our 11 acre lumber yard with daily rail service and a full sawmill so I reckon maybe $20-30M in lumber and equipment ball park estimate.
This is right next to me at the moment. Probably in the $200,000 range.

The most expensive thing next to my work is a homeless overnight parking lot. I thought it was a bad idea to put it next to a middle school, but so far the students haven’t hurt any of them.
