Having the means to devote that much time to fitness isn't really relatable for me. Looking up to? Nah, I'm good.

He did well, indulges his craziness, and got back in shape. cool. Hero? nah

That being said, he looks ALOT like my dad.

I don’t think it requires much time at all with the right drugs :drowning:

bloke on the left is 70, definitely possible

Mike Takahashi
too bad he can’t do deadlifts with his face.

old guy face on young guy body is always a weird thing. There’s a balance. Shredded old guy with a 6pk and ripped arms with an old face is like an old cougar full of fillers and botox but you can see her age in her neck and hands. It’s weird. Not saying don’t be fit, but some of these guys take it to a weird extreme.

And feel the joy of venereal warts and a countless assortment of other gifts the ladies might leave you with as a parting gift.

But I get where you were going with this.
Nothing a little antibiotics won’t fix :shaka:

Mike Takahashi is amazing and inspiring for my $0 .02
Full on surfing huge stuff @70! And smiling all the way home it looks to me.
Does Mel Gibson surf?
I hope somebody's keeping his lady happy, she's nice on the screen. Everybody shreds something, MG acts and poses for the camera but M.Takahashi is a surfer of high order, looks to be pretty handy with the paddle too.
Thanks.

I'm sorry you will never achieve anything remotely close to him and will continue to be a stumpy, pudgy stoner raging against the machine for the rest of your life.

Genetics are the best thing for having a good body.

It's easier to maintain a good physique than build one.

If you can get it young and hold onto it, that is the best.

IF you had it before, your body remembers so that is better than starting from scratch in old age.

Injuries become an issue in old age making it harder to train with the required intensity.

I can be more disciplined with my diet when I have build some muscle.

In old age you just need to be lean have have a little bit of mass.
