West of the Atlantic. East of the ICW.
My buddy is buying one just like this from a lady going through a divorce - She only wants 18k...he's looking at it today (1990 34 Luhrs Sport)
That is a heavily modified 1978 48-foot Egg Harbor. The boat was rebuilt with an open checkbook by Merritt in Florida to their standards. Its a bigger boat than it looks in the picture. Wish I had better pictures of it handy. There weren't a lot of these made. Here is an example of one on the market that shows what this boat would have looked like before Merritt modified it.

Damn, yeah doesn't look like a 48 in the first pic...that is something I could live on.

Victoria harbor (harbour if you're Canuk) last month. Funny how small she looks. Its the red one.

I run charters with the boat, this was a sightseeing and lunch run through the locks and into Lake Union.

Going on our 3rd season with her, she has been a spectacular boat.

This rig reeks of all weather comfort and seaworthiness. Bet it would work well on the EC for winter fishing.
It has two diesel heaters, fridge, stovetop, hot water heater, and technically sleeps 5. It does well fishing Puget Sound in winter, so it would do well on east coast I'm sure.

September is the perfect time to finally bottom paint right? New water line looks good. Going onto a friend's uncle's mooring since he's out already for the season and then moving to her new home Oct/Nov once we close on a house. Hopefully get a lottery slot at our new neighborhood's slips on the Metedeconk River.
