Exactly.

How can anyone think that SCOTUS decision to overturn RvW has anything to do with the will of the people, is beyond me.

The supreme court justices are not elected, by sheer luck Trump installed 3 judges that tilted the balance of the court.

To think that's nothing to do with religion, is extra super dumb.

If there was a referendum and people were given the opportunity to vote on this, that would be actually giving the power to the people and the results would be very different.

Not long ago, Squidley and ilk were freaking out about SCOTUS' decision to legalize gay marriage, because the judges were not elected. And look at them now, gloating.

That's because gun rights are specifically written into the Constitution and not to be infringed on. The Constitution also states that things like abortion are specifically up to the states.
Women were never asked about what's in the Constitution.

They couldn't even vote until 100 years ago ffs.

That's why guns are there but reproductive rights are not.
