Red Meat, eat it and don't worry about it

I bought half a cow a little while back. Red meat for days. I eat around 4-5 lbs a week.

Our pig is all growed up and ready for slaughter. Picking it up early next week.

Another half cow is in the works.

Do you chew or just suck on 100 grams of raw meat?
Uh, I cook it and eat it :unsure: Most nutrients are more available when cooked. 100 grams is 3.5 oz.

And the lack of vitamin D is a death sentence.
You realize that you can eat other things in addition to it :unsure: Most foods are very low in Vitamin D. Most people will need to supplement.

That must be why everything hurts on me. I rarely eat red meat. Chicken, seafood and occasionally pork for me. Last beef I've eaten was a hamburger sometime in July. Its probably been a couple of years since I had steak or filet.
