With global warming, more locations should be more habitable where they were once cold, desolate frozen tundra. Sure there'll be a population shift, but look at all that stark unused land in northern Canada, China and Russia just sitting there freezing their asses off.

Being sent to Siberia, will be like being sent to the Riviera.

More room for all those new billions in China, India, SE Asia, Africa and Centro-South America to inhabit. They won't even bother with the USA anymore.

Nuke the Middle East With just the proper amount of warheads to stabilize the climate back to 1998, which for reasons that have never been explained was the year when the globe had the ideal climate.
