My NVS Bronn quads whistle in my 8'6 DS, even though they're the most perfect looking fins I have.When my NVS fins whistle I know the waves are decent. Here in San Diego the NVS fins haven’t whistled in a while.

far as i know they are (or at least were) only available from stretch. fins unlimited solid fiberglass. email dylan at stretch in santa cruz. he may be able to hook you up with a setBeen looking for the Stretch gun fins, but can't even find them.
soar makes beautiful fins. those harry bryant fins look really small but in a big gun maybe that's the right call?
100%. Sometimes I'll run something with 15.5 sq in surface area on a 7'0 if I want some drive but anything bigger than that and it's stuff like EA quad set up and down if necessary.do you guys step down in fin size on your staps and guns?

I ran large JJF's on my stap that I broke but since switching to JJF mediums on my 6'1" I was thinking og going that route on my new stap
