Funny, is this the standard which you leftists applied to Trump? No, and it should not be applied to Biden.

.
Actually yes.

There's something about lying about the documents, rejecting cooperation and refusing to return them, that implies malice rather than incompetence.

Not that Trump is not incompetent.
He's just also a vengeful man-baby.

That is expected behavior from Trump. Why did the Biden camp wait weeks (and after the mid-terms) to go public with how they are "cooperating". Biden is no better, no worse.

He should get whatever he gets for breaking the law.

Still not the same as Trump. Wrong but not the same.

FBI had to forcefully break in into Mar A Lago to take the documents back because Trump refused to cooperate for over a year. He is still denying any wrongdoing. How's that the same as what Biden did?
I don't get the equivalence.

AGAIN, Trump did nothing of the sort.

.
Lest we forget, Tucker's employers stated in court that Tucker is full of sh!t.

Fox News again moved to dismiss. The motion argues that when read in context, Mr. Carlson’s statements “cannot reasonably be interpreted as facts” and that the Amended Complaint fails to allege actual malice. See Memorandum in Support of Motion to Dismiss, ECF #29 (“Def. Br.”) at 1-2.

"Mr. Carlson’s statements “cannot reasonably be interpreted as facts”

Because his role as host is one of punditry and opinion.

Squid used a Tucker clip to try and prove Trump didn't lie about the documents, reject cooperation and refuse to return them.

It's a semantic argument I know but if you're gonna try to prove a point with factual evidence, a Tucker Carlson clip doesn't cut it.

The hits just keep coming. Again. Where is a VICE President's authority to declassify documents?
