In all seriousness, there are some places in Hawai'i that are just for locals. Not just surf spots but sometimes whole communities. Even on Oahu you drive up some of those valleys and think, "I shouldn't be here without an invite." Visitors or transplants need to be aware of this and respect it. Not too many local places left, or so it seems.

Not difficult. I think you have to be affiliated with a shooting club and there’s restrictions but doable.
The Native Americans in the mainland are watching this thread very closely.

Looks like it might have A/C and internet and it appears to be decidedly B-grade surf wise relative to the zone's A+ options, but it looks purdy and uncrowded.
Great surf fishing, and supposedly gets good on a big S. Seems like good home base in any event.
