As someone of Norwegian descent I refuse to believe that.
Maybe Dutch and living in Southern Norway?
I still think Danish is most likely. I swear there was some Danish junior pro or something and he chimed in knowledgeable-like.

All of the videos he's posted are at a well known right point in Norway and some of his skate videos give away his location with Norwegian signage.
There are also other cultural aspects that give it away.
I did a 6 month study abroad in Copenhagen when i was 21. That alone was ridiculous, but then we discovered the ferry boats to Sweden and Finland. Wow.
