I get why they are doing it. In two weeks there may be a shortage of hospital beds because there is a 4 week lag or so between cases and hospitalizations. So if cases are doubling on average as of 2-3 weeks ago, by mid month...

With restaurants closed, people are gonna party inside. At least restaurants are somewhat controlled environments, now all bets are off as to behaviors that could spread the virus, in closed quarters. Should have kept them open.
