This is a fairly interesting book if you like fashion at all.
Used to be that counterfeit Gucci products, for example, were sought and the producers prosecuted. Basically, at this point in time, most (but not all) of the fashion houses are privately upset if people AREN'T knocking them off with fakes. in many cases the fakes and legit labels are made in the same factory.
Surfing, having turned into, for many people, a fashion statement even more than an activity, may be entering this phase.
I'm not saying Critters Toy Co is thinking about this, but it seems relevant to this thread and the other about knocking off boards.

Lovelace looks like a bit of a salty fool in this whole exchange IMO.
Ryan did make this type of board popular , just like Tomo and his cut off nose and double diamond tail

Super has always bugged me with their logo looking like (and placed the same) as Pyzel.
