Is having $400m in bank loans on a massive inventory of real estate somehow criminal? Get a freaking grip you moron. Is your home mortgage a criminal enterprise? Why didn't you just pay cash?
to whom does he owe the $400 million and why is he working so hard to hide that information?

would you have covered for Obama so hard if he owed $400 million?

what kind of billionaire is unable to obtain financing in the US?

Imagine being this stupid. GrossFat doesn’t have to imagine. He lives this way.

To whom do you owe money?

Is the remaining principal on your home mortgage more than your annual income? Anybody here please answer.

In Trump's case he owes $400m on properties worth BILLIONS and Billions of dollars. His enterprise generates $655 Million a year based on 2017 estimates.

Regarding foreign loans.

I do a lot of financing in my line of work. A good size chunk of it is through a bank based in the Netherlands. Is there something nefarious about my clients obtaining commercial financing through a foreign bank?

Good luck finding financing for anyone in the casino business in the US. When AC's Revel Casino crashed and burned you should have seen where the creditors were from. There was a website set up at the time that displayed all of the entities owed money and how much. They had financing all over the world.

$400 million sounds like a lot of money but in the context of the properties Trump is involved in its nothing. That Revel Casino cost 2.4 BILLION Dollars to build. All financed one way or another.

Regarding Trump Tower in Manhattan.......from Wikipedia.
"The value of the tower was estimated at $450 million in 2017.[82] Trump took out a $100 million mortgage on the building in 2012."

Another:

The Trump Building at 40 Wall Street: Trump bought and renovated this building for $1 million in 1995. The pre-tax net operating income at the building as of 2011 was $20.89 million and is valued at $350 million to $400 million, according to the New York Department of Finance. Trump took out a $160 million mortgage attached to the property with an interest rate of 5.71% to use for other investments.

American banks won't loan on used laser jet printers because the technology is obsolete. tRump borrows money from Saudi sheiks and Russian oligarchs because he has bad credit, and they buy influence. See the difference?

When your local hospital replaces its fleet of office equipment usually every 4 or 5 years, where does the money come from? For even a very small hospital this is typically $300-$400K minimum. Did you think they write the check? How about your local mid sized GC.........do you think he writes the check for that $13,000 to $20,000 plotter?

surely you’re familiar with the concepts of debt-to-income and debt-to-equity ratios.

if Trumby had a net worth of anything greater than zero, and generated anything near the amount of revenue you say he does, wouldn’t American banks be clamoring for his business?

If they aren’t interested in his business, you have to ask yourself: why not?

You are either ignorant or disingenuous on this topic. Which is it?
The revenue number I posted came directly from Wikipedia.
