I have a buddy who has one and loves it. He rides it all over the place. I tried it out a few days ago. I really don’t get it. It’s not for me.

Be careful. I almost killed some guy on one a month or so back. He was hauling ass in the bike lane, going the same direction I was. And he decided to make a no-look left turn from the bike lane (across four lanes of traffic) right in front of me. 45 mph speed limit. We almost both had a really bad day. Yay for ABS brakes.

Around the Bay Area I see a lot of nerds riding these things around the city going full throttle. They have that same awkward bent at the waist stance you see kooks on soft tops have. I guarantee that inconviently placed pebble is gonna be sending a lot of techies to rhe ER.
