It’s out of control. Never been so bad. Everyday is like a weekend. Haven’t been out in a couple weeks because I’m tired of getting up at 4 to beat the crowd. Is it the same everywhere? It’s gotten depressing.

Yes. It’s awfulCrowds in the South Bay have reached Malibu levels.
I’m hoping school has an effect. Not optimistic with everything virtual.Schools here started back this week, online school any way, and I've notice a drop in crowds this past week between the hours of 8am and 2pm.
I didn't expect much either, but it was significantly less crowded. Parents have to stay home with kids and kids of course have to be online, college kids also need to be in attendance digitally.I’m hoping school has an effect. Not optimistic with everything virtual.
The problem with this is that it becomes easy to say "well, it's shitty and crowded and I'd rather do something else." My expectation has gone from having fun to expecting to be frustrated. I don't even say I'm going surfing anymore -- I go for a swim with my surfboard.Lower your expectations = not so much distress.
Yeah, I'm going to start.Bodysurfing it super fun tho. Always better than I expect.
Bad news about the crowds in the SB. I will eventually have to come back to LA for work and Porto zone is my morning water time.I busted out my kettlebells and texted my old bjj coach. I need a good ass kicking. Just can’t get injured..
