I could get down with the first 2, but Johnny blue is the most overrated and overpriced liquor on the planet. I bought a bottle at duty free and it took my years to finish.
Solid flex right here.
Yes, believe it was a Hibiki Japanese Harmony blend, special edition. What is that Suntory? Hibiki blend? Nice bottle.
When I lived in CR early 90z only whiskey "Carribean side" was red label luckily not to expensive remember scoring a shot or two at bar by hospital after son was bornI could get down with the first 2, but Johnny blue is the most overrated and overpriced liquor on the planet. The Quinta Ruban was my first purchase. I'm still wrapping my head around it to be honest. Probably should have waited and gone for something more basic instead. I will try the Lasanta eventually, but have others in mind before that.Glenmorangie Lasanta is good for the price if you like sherry. They also have a port finished version call Quinta Ruban that is also good.
I hear Blue Label is meant for people with lots of money and no whisky knowledge at all.I could get down with the first 2, but Johnny blue is the most overrated and overpriced liquor on the planet. I bought a bottle at duty free and it took my years to finish.
Red is ok. Black is good. At least those are priced accordingly, whereas Blue is upwards of $250-300When I lived in CR early 90z only whiskey "Carribean side" was red label luckily not to expensive remember scoring a shot or two at bar by hospital after son was born
Green is probably their best blend and priced accordingly. It's a blend of 4 single malts. I believe they use Caol Ila, Cragganmore, Linkwood and Talisker.Red is ok. Black is good. At least those are priced accordingly, whereas Blue is upwards of $250-300

Did you ever try the '62 Dalmore?Picked up a 15 year old Dalmore before we left the Orkney’s several weeks ago. Waiting for a good cool spell before opening the bottle. Sadly, the distillery wasn’t open to the public.

So he got so drunk he thought he shrunk his kids? lol (that was probably the funniest piece I've seen from Rick Moranis and I mean that in a good way)
