They look like a groveler with that outline and seemingly low rocker.
There was some footage on instagram of kookapinto riding one in some mushy but fun sized surf that made it look pretty fun a while back. I think I'm still team quads for stubby grovelers personally.
Yeah, it’s pretty fun from knee-high up, soft/crumbly waves, etc. Low rocker and flat/concave deck so rails feel pretty chunky and has a fishy feel but more HP (well, medium performance in my case). Fast n loose but never slid out on me. Been pleasantly impressed with how it surfed backside and held in steeper sections/waves too.
I agree. grovels well and like oeste said, still holds in bigger hollow surf, i'd say better than a typical groveler
