My family has owned property in this pic since I was a little boy. Still does.

That's close by where I spend most of my time in the water now.

That immediate area is my favorite place in this country. I'd move there in a heartbeat if I could make comparable money.

Oh, sorry. No its not Cowells. I just thought you were making a joke...because...you know, Cowells f-cking sucks and its an absolute sh-t show in a region with a many o'sh-t shows at almost every break.

When I lived in that town Cowell's was the only spot that could be called a sh-t show to any degree. Most other breaks were very tightly regulated. Plus, there were virtually no longboards to be found, anywhere.
I thought it might be Cowells because of the sign. Back when I was in SC Cowell's was the only spot that had a sign like that.
