No such thing. All private sales must go through a licensed broker who is responsible for the background check. Stop being a lying pussy. The good old private sale. The gun lovers can argue against common sense all day long but more guns in circulation means more of the wrong people will get them.
Eat sh!t, scumbag. You are wrong as usual. No such thing. All private sales must go through a licensed broker who is responsible for the background check. Stop being a lying pussy.
and Brentwood, Westchester, North Redondo, Culver....it's a fkn mess out thereYou've been to Venice.

They say it's allowed to fight the spread of covid. Meanwhile there are warlords running the boardwalk and using the homeless as subjects....with beatings and rape the consequence of crossing them. Cops show up and they all scatter to different tents. It's like mad max down there at night.and Brentwood, Westchester, North Redondo, Culver....it's a fkn mess out there
I don't get why we aren't fixing this
I stand corrected as well. It's insane that anyone would be against criminal background checks for gun purchases. FFL's in California charge 75 bucks to facilitate a private party transfer. It's good for the economy if anything....but changing this law isn't going to effect a single murder. Not one.I stand corrected about Virginia. Their assembly passed a law requiring closing the gun show loophole.
Virginia General Assembly passes bills to require background checks on all gun sales, restore one-handgun-a-month law
Legislation to require criminal background checks on all gun sales and restore the state’s former one-handgun-a-month rule won final approval Saturday in the state Senate.www.nbc12.com
The indianapolis kid bought his firearms legally. That system failed.
Because of "advocates" who think doing anything to the "unhoused" is crueland Brentwood, Westchester, North Redondo, Culver....it's a fkn mess out there

More laws won't fix thatThe good old private sale. The gun lovers can argue against common sense all day long but more guns in circulation means more of the wrong people will get them.
BUHHHHHH THEY’RE JUST STATISTICS!!Fixating on mass murder using legally obrained high capacity firearms is misguided? Really? You might be fixated on that if someone you knew was one of the 200+ persons killed in a mass shooting incident in the US this year.
You mean a maligned potential pharmacist that but for institutional whiteness and racist math would have had to opportunity to follow his dreams rather than ply his trade on the streets?More laws won't fix that
Ever heard of a drug dealer?
The Supreme Court isn't there to give us their opinion on the 2A. They are there to resolve technical questions regarding the law in the cases before them. We want a court that is blind to the politics of the day or even the politics of the cases before them. We have that with every justice not named Sotomeyer, Kagan, or Roberts. The goal is to exhaust every excuse possible to not intervene in a case before doing so. It's why a majority of cases with technical issues are sent back to the appeal or district court with instructions vs them taking the cases and making obvious changes. People who complain about the court not being active enough should research marxism and how the quality of life is in countries under marxist rule.and the Supremes punt on an opportunity to open up 2A to anybody, no matter what they've done. what is the point of packing the Court if they won't go with your flow?
