I go there sometimes
It’s not that good and not worth the money
but they’re sometime the best quick gluten free option available
sometimes the fries are really good, not always

If I want a burger in SD I go to burger lounge. Best quality grass fed beef. Applewood smoked bacon. White cheddar. Grilled onions. Bangin. Fries could be better. Not cheap though. $18 for burger and fries.

I've had some gourmet burgers over the years at nice restaurants and some of the burgers were quite delicious with a very unique taste.

Not sure the level of delicious really justified the price tags though. I think the most I've ever paid for a burger is $28 which is quite ridiculous.

Why does anyone pay $11 for a basic hamburger (no cheese)?
I do if I'm expensing it. Otherwise I agree that the price is not justified. They have a company wide standard of not salting the beef before cooking, which is Cooking 101 basic training.

Their savior is the fresh jalapenos. Game changer

$10-14+ seems like the going rate for burgers everywhere up here.

And I agree that it ain't worth that price.

Acme Burger up here is a quality exception. Cheaper and better. Can get a single burger for $6.95 and double for $10. Or just ah yeah and and get the double ahi burger for $12.

Last June my wife and I were in the airport at San Jose DC waiting for our flight home and we felt a little hungry.
We head over to the Carl's Jr. counter and order one cheeseburger (we were going to share), one small order of fries and 2 small drinks.
Girl at the register says "that's $34.00."
I said "Fvck that!" and we left.
We shared some nuts and water we had in our carry-on :foreheadslap:

BTW, the best burger we've eaten is at the Parkfield Diner ($12.00) made from local grass-fed beef from the V-6 ranch close by.
Well worth the price:jamon:

Prices always going up, even at the hole-in-the-wall Mexican joints.... Bummer, but if you don't want to pay it, then go somewhere else. The prices aren't going to decrease. I love In 'N Out and 5 Guys.... So good.
